Flexible WiFi adding client value for Estate Agents

Estate Agent & Landlord Case Study
Estate Agent & Landlord
Mountgrange Heritage
Mountgrange Heritage is an independent estate agency serving Kensington, Notting Hill, and North Kensington. They stand out from typical high street estate agents by taking a more hands-on, responsive, and proactive approach. Specialising in buying, selling, and letting high end properties, their primary focus is on providing an exceptional level of service.

Managing luxury properties on short term lets requires flexible and dependable internet access solutions. Mountgrange Heritage required a partner capable of delivering high speed Wi-Fi and responsive support for their clients.

We have always been extremely satisfied with the service POPUPWiFi provides. Their process is straightforward, and the instant activation works especially well for our short term tenancies, where landlords prefer not to commit to longer contracts. Popup4G has also proven invaluable when we encounter supply issues and require an immediate temporary solution. Their help desk is exceptionally efficient, and they are consistently available to assist us with any client-related issues.
Nichola Andrews – Director of Property at Mountgrange Heritage

We provide our standard Pop-up solution which includes rental of a 4G router with built in Wi-Fi including an unlimited 4G data SIM and our help desk service to make sure the client is operational.

Through the flexibility of Pop-up Wi-Fi, this means that Mountgrange can match their clients’ requirements for Internet and Wi-Fi to also match their lease.

There is no cost for unused Internet as we only charge for how long the router is operational, therefore offering value to their tenants whilst further offering high speed Wi-Fi. Our help desk is open from Monday to Friday, from 9am till 5pm, with multiple operators prepared to answer questions and assist with their queries.
